Well, hello there.
I'm a New York-based, Meisner-trained actress, producer and theater artist. I work across the board in theater, film, tv, commercials and voiceovers.
I'm a graduate of the 3-year Conservatory Training program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and of the Academy Theatre Company, and of the 2-year Meisner Technique training program at Jim Parrack's Playhouse West Brooklyn Lab.
I've been lucky enough to collaborate with some of New York's most exciting theater companies including Nylon Fusion Theater Co., White Horse Theater and toUch Performance Art, and to perform all over the city in venues such as La MaMa, WorkShop theater, Theater for the New City, Access Theater and many others. I also produce my own work - in both theater and film - and can usually be found originating roles in workshops & staged readings. A notable one is a workshop and staged reading of Neil LaBute's play The Way We Get By, directed by Mr. LaBute - which has since gone on to premiere at Second Stage.
Recent theater projects include originating the roles of Zhanna in the World Premiere of Frank J. Avella's Lured - about true events of LGBTQ persecution in Russia; originating the role of Gin in the World Premiere of noted playwright Erik Ehn's Clover at LaMaMa, directed by Glory Kadigan, and originating the role of Corinna in the Kairos Italy Theater World Premiere adaptation of The Worth of Women - a 1600 book about gender equality in Venice, Italy, which will return to the stage in late 2017.
Latest on-camera projects include the independent short Sleeping Dogs (feat. Jim Parrack), and the short Cake that I also wrote and produced - both of which have been featured at film festivals around the country -- as well as TV shows and commercials. I can also be heard in dozens of commercial, narration and educational voiceovers in multiple languages, as well as found narrating audiobooks.
